Assembly Capabilities

ESD Soldering Work Stations
Work Stations are in a climate controlled environment that consist of: ESD Approved Table Top, Haako Solder Station, Heat Guns, Thermal Strippers, Various Hand Tools needed for Electo-Mechanical Assembly.
Assembly Competencies
We have the experience and capabilities to use Hi-Temp and Low-Temp Solders for those harsh environments like Down Hole Tools and Underwater Connectors. We have Hydraulic Presses and Furnaces for interference fits and other assembly requirements. Mechanical Assembly is one of core competences and we are able to provide you a Turnkey product. We utilize Visual Job Shop to manage our Engineering Masters and BOM’s. We have complete control of the supply chain thru procurement functions of the system and our receiving processes are capable of material lot tracking and traceability.

Inspection Equipment

Our Q.A. Department contains the following instruments and more: Data Heights, Granite Surface Plates, Gage Pin Sets, OD & ID Micrometer Sets, and Multiple Sizes of Go/No W Go Gages, Optical Comparator, Indicators, and more.
All measuring instruments are calibrated and certified.We perform First Article Inspection (FAI) on all operations before proceeding to the next operation. In-Process Inspections are performed per 105E requirements or customer specifications during production and Final Inspections are performed per 105E or customer specifications before parts are inventoried or shipped.
